Rec League Season Budget Worksheet
A line by line budget sheet for totaling venue, officials, fixed and reserve costs so the registration fee covers the whole season instead of the organizer.

Rec leagues rarely lose money on one big surprise. They lose it on a dozen small costs nobody wrote down: the extra makeup night, the second set of game balls, the processing fee on every online payment, the team that never paid its balance. When the fee was set by copying last year's number, the gap lands on the organizer. This worksheet forces every cost onto one page before you decide what to charge.
Work down the rows and replace each placeholder with your own figure. Per game items are multiplied by the number of games in the season, per season items are entered once, and the cushion row is a percentage of everything above it. The final row divides the total by teams and then by paying roster spots.
