Frequently asked questions
How can I cut the hours this shows?
The two biggest levers are usually the per-game minutes and the reschedule minutes. Letting captains report scores through a shared form or a league app removes most of the chasing, and a published makeup slot policy shortens each reschedule; change those inputs to see the effect on your season.
Does this include setting up the season?
No. Registration, drafting the schedule and collecting fees happen once and vary a lot by league, so they are left out. Add your own estimate for setup on top of the total hours shown.
Why does the share of time on reschedules matter?
Reschedules are the work that arrives unplanned, usually on a weeknight, and they are what organizers point to when they quit. If the share is high, a buffer week or a clear rainout policy will save more time than any other change.
